Sarah is a barrister with over 20 years’ experience in environmental and local government law. She has worked in central and local government as an RMA legal manager at Auckland Council, as in-house counsel for an energy company and in private practice.

She has substantial experience across resource management and climate change policy.

Sarah is also the leader of the Resource Management Law Association’s Freshwater Hub and has successfully assisted iwi and hapū interests in their advocacy on proposals affecting freshwater.
